Toto’s is a culinary venture led by experienced Italian chef and namesake, Antonio. With over 7 years of training and experience in fine dining, Chef Toto has honed his skills in both savory and pastry. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work in numerous kitchens in Italy, Europe, and South East Asia. After relocating to Transylvania for a European Union project, he fell in love with both the region and his partner Anita, thus deciding to establish Toto’s as a home bakery. The successful partnership with Csaba, a local restaurateur that followed allowed Toto’s to secure a permanent, proper kitchen. At Toto’s, we are committed to bringing our passion for exceptional food and dedication to detail to every dish that leaves our kitchen. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you.

At Toto’s, we are proud to have a talented and diverse group of individuals. In addition to our Italian chef, Toto, we are also fortunate to have Anita as a highly skilled and creative member on our team. A graduate of fashion design with a bachelor’s degree, she has a passion for jewelry making and has even established her own brand, “Roods”. In addition to her creative pursuits, Anita is also an accomplished photographer and editor, responsible for the visually stunning content and imagery on our website and social media. As an avid traveler, she has visited numerous countries in Europe, Africa, and Asia, both for work and personal enjoyment. It was actually Anita’s idea to start Toto’s, and her encouragement that inspired Toto to turn his passion for baking into a successful business. We are grateful to have her unique perspective, skills, and entrepreneurial spirit as an integral part of Toto’s.

Csaba is one of the owners of Toto’s and brings a wealth of experience to the table. He began his career in the local dairy industry and worked his way up to become a manager. From there, he made the leap to restaurant ownership, opening Central Bistro. At Toto’s, Csaba handles the administrative and legal aspects of the business and works closely with Hungarian-speaking customers and suppliers.
